Stockton Pétanque Club’s Annual Open Pairs was held on 26th September, and was dedicated to the memory of David Kimpton who sadly passed away on 19th August. The competition raised £100 for Dementia UK. David was a much respected, admired and loved member of the Club for more than 25 years and was a key member of the Regional and National squads.

11 teams turned up for the competition including many Regional and International players. The winners were Patrick Robiquet and JD Scatena who beat Jeff Rand and Paula David in the final. The plate was won by Ewan Cameron and Richard Dinnis.
